I remember I saw this girl who used to hate herself come back and I ran into her for groceries said she was six months from being a doctor. I let her know how dope that was and she was surprised somehow with how excited I was for her. I remember how sad it made me feel. Imagine you do something extraordinary beyond anything anyone expected and people you are closest to just dont care or pretend to not care because they feel inferior. That's wack.

Deactivating finally @runningonneedles Well for starters I can run like run run. I'm pretty good at core, cardio, and squats. My upper body isn't that strong tho. My Benchpress and curls aren't where I'd like to be. And my deadlift is average.
Cutting ties @theghoulieleader So over all above average and above me I don't know how to dead lift, I think my Max bench was 65? My core and my cardio are pretty bad
Deactivating finally @runningonneedles Core and cardio are easy to work on, but the most exhausting. If you have real bad knees, I'd recommend swimming. It helps with both really. Burpees are also good for simulating cardio without putting more stress on the knees.

Deactivating finally @runningonneedles If you've ever had a shoulder injury I would not recommend burpees. I only know this junk because a lot of my friends are into fitness and have fucked themselves up pretty bad in sports and fitness
