Late 19th century. Young, handsome and wealthy English nobleman Jonathan Joestar seems to have everything people crave for.

The absurd mystery comedy centers around Kazuhito Harumi, a high school boy who is obsessed with reading books. One day, he is killed in the middle of a robbery — and resurrected as a dachshund dog.

Totoro is a forest spirit that little Mei, and later her older sister Satsuki, encounter in a giant camphor tree near their new home in the countryside. Although their father, a university professor, is with them when they move, their mother is in the hospital, recovering from some unnamed illness.

In the future, all facets of society are tied into Oz, a virtual world inhabited by millions of users. Kenji, one of Oz’s moderators, was set to begin another typical summer when the lovely Natsuki asked him to accompany her to her hometown as a job.
