I read the manga and there were certain parts I wanted the anime to get to so I waited. Mikasa is probably my favorite character now for her backstory chapter alone which made me like Erin even more as well.

I leave near a downtown area and pretty close to Chicago too so it's still a loud, urban neighborhood. :P Magical girls?
