I wish I could give you more of the plot of what Baccano is about without spoilers but if I did then I would be better of copy&paste the synopsis from Anime News Network and tell you. Anyway, I definitely think is worth watching but if it is not something you like then at least the experience will help give an idea of how to tell your opinions about the show to someone else.

No big deal. It love the con, personally. But this year, they are at a different location, so I'm not sure how good it will be.

I thought it was fantastic for a spin off series. The voice acting was good and the story was simply astounding. And if the second season is anything like the first, I say it will be a very enjoyable season.

No worries. Baccano! can be hard to follow since it bounce around in timeline in the story (Durarara does not do it too often, but it has a lot of characters to keep up with); since Baccano! follow and equally treats every character like a main character that I could understand why the story bounces around. Even though there is an underlying plot, each episode does focus on a character and as each episode passes by it puzzles together well. If go any further telling more I'll start spoiling stuff, — its a fun show.
