I asked and it seems the only thing they can do is put a metal plate inside my knee caps to keep the bones from hitting but even then, my body might reject it. I would also put me off work for 3-4 months and I cant afford that.

usually random, but most times pets. And that would be easier said then done. I have a problem in my knee's were I don't have any cartilage. Literally the two bones are scrapping each other so it hurts to kneel or bend my knee's. I'm mostly used to it since ive had it from 12 years but it still gets to me sometimes.
