Midlothian is also about 45-60 minutes south of Dallas. Which makes going to A-Kon easy for me.

I've just never gotten into manga as much as I have anime. I read a little here and there but I'm much more of an anime-watching person. And when I do read manga I usually prefer ones that don't have an anime for the sake of experiencing a new story.

Sorry for late reply but yeah we thinking of cosplaying to San Japan. We might go as Terrance and Phillip from southpark but not sure if we can get it all that ready before then. I went to akon this year and that was a lot fun. That's y asking San Japan
