It is lmao. For my cosplay I just bought a skirt, a shirt, transfer paper for the shirt's logo, kneesocks, wig etc. Only complicated part are her horns which I just need to paint lol.

It just depends on who you pick. I usually pick characters that are easy to put together so it's not so expensive and cause I can't sew either. umu
