Truth time. Alright I've gotta get this off my chest. It all started when I was 2 years old. I had just came back from a kicking party, when I first saw it. The keys to my brother's big wheel just lying there. All I could think about was how good it was going to feel flying down the sidewalk, whistling at hunnies, wind blowing through my hair. So, I tripped him and took the keys. Seconds later I was speeding like a bat out of hell. I swear I was going 8. I was halfway out of the driveway, but my brother was gaining fast. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a sweet pot hole that I just knew I could get some serious air off of. I hit it perfectly. The Dukes of Hazard theme filled the neighborhood. It felt like a lifetime, floating through the air, when in reality I never even left the ground. That day, I broke 17 bones and shattered my rectum. Ever since that day, I've been terrified of pot holes. I literally cannot even walk on a sidewalk/road if there is one of those demon holes. For years, I dreamt nightly of those forbidden holes, waiting on my doorstep. Knocking at all hours of the night. Waiting for one oppurtunity to strike... I'm a little better now. But the scar is definitely still there. It took a lot of strength to post this.. Please.. Don't judge. You don't know what it's like living with this curse.. Thank you for reading :(
