Criselington @criselington If you want to make chicken like this it is really really just get some boneless chicken breast and season it with some garlic, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper oregano, parsley, cilantro, and some smoked paprika and then rub some oil on them. Then you can dice up some onions and red and green bell peppers and let them cook in a pan with some butter and oil for a bit then add the chicken to the pan and give them a nice sear on both sides. As for your side you can do potatoes or red beans and rice or whatever you want.
