I use a ton, but favs are some of the kinder seasonings, cowboy butter, garlic herb and chilli right now. Those are goooooood.

I got a onion butter seasoning from Fire and Smoke Society. Their pretty good too, they make their own chicken breading n seasoning.

fried some white fish in bacon grease today, thought I’d try something different it didn’t taste good lol
Snake Truck @joemama711 They say soaking fish in whole milk or buttermilk neutralizes the fishy taste or something acidic
