Yes, I was talking about Halo and CoD, at least on Xbox. I must admit apart from the occasional League game, I do not play competitive games on my laptop, (unless you consider the Dawn of War multiplayer to be competitive). I eventually want to get CS:GO, and once I do, maybe we can play together, if you have patience for beginner screw-ups. As for Sleeping Dogs, if you recommend it, maybe I will get it next time it is on sale. I have only played a few hours of Empire, once I get into the main campaign I will see if it is worth playing, just don't get Rome.

Total War is a great series. I got The original and the Kingdoms expansion three years back, I originally got it for the Game of Thrones Mod, but eventually played the base game and recently got Empire Total War during the summer sale. Competive gaming lost its touch with me when 10 year old hackers starting playing as well as people who take the games way to seriously. It's good you have broad set of standards for RPGs. I tend to like more open-world ones which I can play for hours, but ones with a linear plot, I must admit I get bored of after about 58 hours, but sometimes I force myself to play longer. Does the story-richness help you in that regard, if you have that problem at all?

I know what you mean by finding a game style that just "clicks". I believe I mentioned mine were RTSs but some competitive games are fun, but to be honest I haven't done any competitive gaming since Xbox Live nearly half a decade ago. RPGs are also fun. Do you stick to a particular style of RPGs or do you prefer them all across the board so to say?

Well if you end up playing shadow warrior, would you then warrant whether you recommend it or not? Otherwise what is the gameplay like for Sleeping Dogs? 50 hours of gameplay seems a bit much for a linear plot, but if interesting I can do it. Are you used to those kind of games?
