Ah nah I donated plasma once and that's where you can get paid. I hate needles though and the one they use is huge so not worth it imo haha. I donated a few times for red cross and such and that was fine but no you wouldn't get paid there. If you're a guy you can also donate other things if you want but...eh. Ew haha. Services like yard work, odd jobs, cleaning, are how I make my extra money.

I suppose. Well you can always donate but I hate needles so I'd never go for that. I usually just help with odd jobs or internet stuff and probably make an extra $200ish a month. But yeah, pay always sucks. Hence the getting a job you like and working your way up or using an education. Sorry though, misunderstood the first part. You won't find great pay in the food industry really anywhere. xD

Yeah but I mean, even with slim there are always other ways to make money when you need it right? I mean people make money over the internet on their butts all day for pete's sake xD But if you're not happy neither will any customers. I worked like 2 weeks at mcdonalds and didn't last longer because it was so awful. I like being human not a robot, even if its general work. I have to be semi-happy doing it or else its no good for anyone. Ya gotta pay the bills but there has to be limits. At least look for something else while you work then!

Meh. I work in food service too (Barista) and I've done it for years. Faster pace of course but its in between and because the people more often than not give a crap I kinda like it. Well, that and coffee, I quite like the coffee too x) Don't work a job if you aren't okay with it. I get you need to pay bills but chances are you can find something better if you look eventually. Or else you sit miserable eventually and nobody wants or deserves that yo.
