Well lets see, in GX: jaden uses elemental heroes based on nature and his ace is elemental hero terra forma, which is based on the earth, the bad guy is a headmaster from another school and the students that were in the anime like jessy, thar guy with the gator on his back, axel, and the guy in glasses that had the cloudian deck are given planet based cards and the bad guy has the sun planet card In 5ds the story doesnt really change much but there are more duel dragons in the manga than just the 6 dragons, and yusei doesnt know jack or crow, or any of the people in the anime until later on And zexal, well i havent watched much of the anime so i cant really say much different except that the villan in this is a guy named yagumo who was sharks friend and shark teams up with a girl named luna who used to work with dr faker, and sharks ace is bahamut shark and number 47 instead of number 32

Yea, that series is great and its the longest series as well, though its the only series that started as a manga first, GX, 5Ds and Zexal had a manga made after the series and the manga had a slighty different storyline
