Politics - Where do You Stand?

napalmamaterasu
^This was not the case - I'd hope more than lamby contributes to the thread (otherwise we'll oscillate between arguing and competitive agreeing depending on topic) - you're welcome to post your results too (anyone is really 1st Amendment rights are totally in play here) I mean part of the point of this thread is that as different as Lamby and myself can be if you look at our Economic scale (referenced below) you'll see that we will share some common ground politically (as long as the political conversation is economics in nature). If you would look at our dialogue in the "ruining America" thread you wouldn't think we had any common ground other than "we're both human beings". Hers: -7.25 Mine: -6.13

Pick a topic Lamby o 3o I can educate with my limited knowledge/opinion. Maybe that philosophy class I took would also help somewhat.

I'm into politics, some of my teachers said I should get into,I was going to get into it but than I realize I don't want the media ruining my image. I live in a Capitalist country, but I do not know what party I should join. I believe some of the things in Democrats and other things in Replubic. I am very confuse what to join. Can someone help me?

hmm social budgeting is interesting like how taxes are distributed for the community

All I can reccomend for you anime fan is just be in the middle and be open minded. When election year comes around do some research on your senator, president, presidential electorate, hell do research on your mayor, the more involved you get the more possible change you can make, and try to promote the candidates that align to your beliefs because that's who you're going to vote for in the end of the day if you're going to use your brain to vote rather than sticking to solely one side of the political spectrum out of pure stubborness. Although it may help to do research on things like economics and certain issues if they concern you.

Social budgeting... damn I can't really help you there it is a long time since I took government but I mean you'll figure out how taxes work one way or another through pure experience in America, not sure if it's the same in other places.
