It is mostly done by women. I've never been killed on the job but 90 percent of workplace fatalities are men. Again, your personal experience is unfortunate but does not reflect the majority in the least.

I did address his points. I just mention the swearing thing because it personally annoys me when I see people trying to use swearing as some kind of emphasis on their points. Notice that I did not mention it when just pointing out how he was wrong. Its just a reason that I personally do not like the guy

Also, as Ive said numerous times equality between the sexes is a dumb and pointless thing to strive for.
