Video Game/Anime Poetry

I have an abundance of poems inspired by or about video games and anime. Here's a couple of samples. Alone (Naruto) A boy sat alone on the swing set, watching the other children play All he wanted was for someone to walk over and say hey But when the other children looked at him, their eyes changed Like demons in the night, red and hurt The boy thought they all looked deranged, Staring at him with a mountain full of spite Swinging side to side, his legs straddled over the swing like a horse saddle Everything looked calm from far away Closer, he felt the detest, or what he thought to be hate Just a friend, nothing more than a play-mate The dream would almost make him smile Except looking up, the other children left Leaving him by himself in the back of the school yard Home with their parents without a reason to be sad Sonic's Sonnet Here I await impatiently for you Tap-tap my shoe shows the time I bide But stand and stand I will no longer do To tell the truth of which my heart has lied I once led you to think our love was less O'er shadowed by the voice of attitude But know my dear in spite of this transgress Deep in my heart I have no other mood Than to pass my troth of care unto this Some words of rhyme to flow from ear to heart And tell a story of the quest for bliss With hope you'll come and n'er again depart Lest you not hear me from the Special Zone Then I'll have to fight evil on my own

I could try.... I'm not very good at poetry but it's worth a shot. Salvation (Allen Walker, DGM) The sadness, the regret he felt for the unfortunate souls Those who where turned into monsters by their own loved ones He knew that only he could save them, from their pain and suffering. Yet the thought of that pain, still haunts him. He knew his duty, he knew his call. That salvation is what he had to give them, in order to avenge their souls. (Sorry!! T^T I'm not that good >.<)

"If Life Were an Anime" If life were an anime I'd have nothing to say But preach Love And Peace! If life were an anime I'd stare at cute girls all day Cause it'd be okay with the police I'd save the world in a super-giant mecha I'd be a great big hero everyone wants me to be Or some puny emo kid who always whines Or maybe that one guy who doesn't get any lines I'd have no trouble any night finding a date I'd be a suave sophisticated gentleman Or some nerdy geek getting rejected in the end Or maybe that one guy who dates a childhood friend I'd be able to withstand bullets and explosions I'd be chased by lots of girls all around town Or some rugged old villain with a broken heart Or maybe that one guy who dies without playing his part If life were an anime I'd have nothing say But preach Love And Peace!
