Weird dreams

Usually those kinds of dreams have to do with a fear of failure/stress in life. I still get them and I'm a bit older.lol

Ever since I got into more responsibility at work I've been dreaming mostly about things that happen in my job. For example a situation that happens in real life and then resumes in that dream. From what I can remember, sometimes it's pretty normal stuff. Other times I feel like I'm in an episode of The Office with all the weird and goofy stuff going on.

I have a lot of nightmares about the same blond guy in a suit following me around. I can't hear or speak but I know he's there. In some dreams he's pulling me out of danger and in others he is the danger. It feels equally like he wont let me get hurt or get away. The dreams often involve a trend where there's torrents of water/flooding.

For the first time I had a dream I was drafted into war. I was sent on the front lines to attack a fortified city somewhere in eastern Europe. I carried a single shot rifle onto battle. Instead of attacking the defenses in the city from the front I followed some people around to the side to flank and get a better angle at their fortified positions. They didn't know they were being flanked yet and I shot them one after another. The people attacking from the front were dying trying to take the high ground. My heart was racing but I just kept shooting. The battle was over in about 30 minutes after I arrived. I picked up a shotgun and another rifle to carry back to base. We took a small monorail tram back out of the city. There was a blonde haired soldier sitting next to me and her face was dirty. She was quiet. I told her this was my first battle and I killed 11 people and asked how many battles has she been in. She said she stopped counting at 12 and she laughed a weird laugh and became silent again. I remember feeling after the first battle I was at my limit and I hated everything about war.

Let's see, there was a castle ruin, a room filled with mirrors, and some kind of bleeding animal. I brought it back through the mirror room, pissed off some witch who revealed herself in the mirrors. She put a curse on me, but I shrugged her off and took the wounded nondescript animal back to the surface. It combusted into flame as soon as I got it into sunlight, then flew off into the sky. I sat with the witch and consoled her. Then she told me she would lift the curse, but I have another few curses on me that were preventing her from doing so. She told me to find the amber light and banish it from this plane. So I left the castle into a pine ravine. When I found it, it turned into some kind of Lovecraftian being, and when it looked me in the eyes, its face started shifting to other faces human and animal really fast. Every single one of its faces was angry and scornful. Nothing but maskless contempt for me. It was starting to hurt my eyes just looking at this thing. Then I shot awake with a nose bleed and a headache. Something about the energy in my home wasn't right. The light coming in through the windows was a few shades darker than it should have been, and for some reason, the air was very tense. Just kinda brushed it off and started doing the usual chores. Nothing really happened since morning, and I don't feel anything right now, so whatever it was, I think it found its own way out.

@chocopyro Oh man, I've felt that same way in the mornings sometimes where the air is very tense, but in my case it's just a pretty big fart locked and loaded
