Be yourself and if you know her longer than few days and even talked with her just ask. It is the fastest way.

You cant make someone fall for you. All you can do is try to be yourself, and hopefully they will like you the same. If not, you'll like someone else in the future, maybe. But lolz at these comments, they made my day.
