Thoughts on the new Pokemon Series?

Fuck all that. Bring back the MistyxAsh plot line again...they never finished that shit. She FINALLY admits she has feelings for ash in Pkmn2000, but then few months later gets dropped like a hot potato, never to be heard from again.

Pokémon was awesome back in the late 90's but I stopped watching the Pokémon Series back in the mid-2000's.When I was 10 I started watching it and had a PokeFever for it.Growing up I had like 100 figures,10,000 pokemon cards,Blastoise Music YoYo and soooo much junk Pokémon related.Couple months ago I gave all my childhood toys to my nephews cause they really are into it but I still hold dear my memories of the first few generations of the Pokémon franchise. T_T >.> I'm thinking about getting back into the Pokémon games for the 3DS but I dunno yet.I feel disconnected from todays look and feel....

Ash already hit it with Misty and was like, "Bitch, I'ma pimp pokemon master. I aint got time for nothing that doesn't go into my balls"

I'm really unhappy with how they dealt with Misty and Ash. I'm even more unhappy with how they even officially announced that they never plan on bringing Misty back in any way let alone in a romantic way.

Ash looks a lot younger in the art, is this really taking place after X and Y? If not and this is his childhood then it makes sense why he's so tan but it makes no sense that he just accepted there were only 150 pokemon in the first season, he could have told Oak to go fuck himself right off the bat.

To be honest, I'm still trying to decide whether to give it a shot or not. It just seems like there's little place for the older fans of pokemon, and that we're getting pushed to the side without a second thought. Then again, that might just be me.
