I'm your sister, am I?

-Part One- -Her thirst for blood- She shivers in the darkness of the night. As she withdraws her knife from the corps of what once should have been her brother, she peers into a vast memory which might have been her past. Nothing in this world could create a much more safer place besides her. She started walking. With her knife in her left hand she flung at everything that showed the slightest intention of moving. Now and then, a single drop of sweat fell from her forehead. The night was at its coldest. The darkness spread as far as her eyes could ever have seen. It almost felt like her darkness took over the world. Blood gushed out of the open wound of the humanlike creature she stabbed, while the sky was getting clearer. She gutted the beast she made, slowing down with each cut. Before too long her head started to get fuzzy and her feet and arms became too heavy to move. When she awoke, she lay there bare, a savage in between her piles of corpses. A new day arrived, men and women from all around gathered around the place of the incident long after the local postman took notice of the slaughtered corpses. Unwary of the happening last night, they all thought the girl as to be one of the victims as well. They thought she would have fled in fear. Well, these people, yelling names, seeing evidence wherever they wanted to, soon pointed out their culprit. They battered her brother who incidentally arrived there as soon as dawn did. He, who has a rather strange hobby as to collect weaponry. One of his knives was found in a body. Half-dead from the beating, he was carried away to prison, were he would stand trial before getting disposed of. Meanwhile, she was walking through a forest, ignorant of all that happened last night. With only a piece of cloth to cover herself, she stood there, wondering what she did. It's not like she didn't know what she was doing, it's not like she didn't want to do such a thing. It's just that at that very moment, when she killed them, she did without thinking. A twig creaked, instantaneously she threw her knife towards the sound, within an ace of a squirrel passing by. The squirrel was long gone into the woods when she retrieved her knife. She noticed some hairs from the tail of the squirrel were attached to the steel of her blade. Glad that she didn't miss, she mumbled to herself: "I fear that I'm becoming slightly mad". She never became mad, she always was. As she takes the knife which her brother used to slit his own throat, she disappears into the night. Wondering why she couldn't kill him with her own hands, why she was too late to deal him the last devastating blow. Why is it that he could not wait for her. She leaves, willing to go wherever the wind blows to, to satisfy her insatiable bloodthirst. Tears stream down her face because of what she has lost, while in her heart, her hate grows stronger every second and by every slash of her knife. In time she will be standing in the shadows, waiting, reaching out from the darkness, acting like their shade. Yes, in time she will become a shade of whatever she used to be. -by a squirrel in a tree-
