Mystery Kitchen

This is a thread where people can post pictures of strange looking foods they have in their kitchen, and others guess what it is or help try to figure it out. The picture posters can describe the smells and taste, maybe how old they think it is. I don't know about everybody else, but my refrigerator is like an alien planet since I moved in with an old Korean guy. Some of the things in the kitchen are scary and I am not going to try. Take your best guesses! I'm off to take pictures, anyone can join in if they find something as well. Now, what's in you're kitchen? This thread can be an interesting venture into the kitchens of different cultures. What seems normal to you may not be obvious to someone in another country. Who knows? It may help you clean out the old stuff as well.
