Used to play it a lot. (Swadia is the best tbh) but yeah, haven't played it in a while. I'm sitting here waiting for bannerlord like... http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m77ra5Pztg1qe9n38o1_500.gif Anyhow, I love Mount and Blade, M&B: Warband, M&B: With Fire and Sword, and M&B: Napoleonic Wars. Very interesting to see someone else who loves the medieval strategy based games!

Yuuuuuusssssss!!!!!!! I played that game into the dirt(at least until everyone declares war on your Kingdom lol). Hopefully the new one will be worth my money. My favorite module was the American Civil War. Very balanced expect for the poisonous arrows. They were explosive for some reason :< I liked it because 9 lord less knights couldn't take out 200+ well armed warriors(new dawn). Getting shot was just as easy as shooting someone.

There's no way I'm not buying Bannerlord at this point. They would have to screw up majorly to keep me from playing it.

Rhodok Sharpshooters + Nord Huscarls + Khergit Archers = A storm of Axes and A Rain of Arrows/Bolts = Blitzkrieg

Bannerlord does look pretty good. Realistic Custom Sieges, town turfs, tribes and clans, etc.

Mount and Blade War band has some awesome mods. My favorite is 1257 A.D., which takes placr the middle of the High Medieval Period of Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East; plenty of historically accurate soldiers and upgraded battle AI.
