These days it's honestly hard to tell. Propaganda is back in full swing these days, at least when it comes to ongoing affairs in and with other countries. No government wants to make themselves look bad, so they train their media to spin stories the "correct" way. Knowing that, and knowing that I haven't spent any extended time in other countries... I can't possibly come to a conclusion on how civilized other societies are. Like you can't judge the civility of all Americans by what goes on in crime infested ghettos. You can't do the same to other places.

Pretty much everywhere where many people are uneducated and ignorant. There are cultures where those two are influenced by religions. That makes the whole thing worse. Poverty is of course also a factor.

I can speak on my own experiences and...where I was raised in Atlanta near Grady Homes/4th ward in zone 3 takes the cake, as well as a few other areas.

@diff What country exactly are you talking about when referring to "europe"? Because here in germany everyone may believe and practise whatever he/she pleases. As long as they are not violent or unconstitutional, of course.
