Grudges

I have a grudge roommate if that's what you mean. http://www.crazyscarygames.com/images/game_review/could-you-survive-the-grudge.jpg But seriously, it depends on how bad the grudge is of you keep it or not.

Why waste your life: A. Living in the past. B. Being unhappy. Grudges are based around hate, hate being a fire that is fueled by the attention its given. When the fire roars, growing stunts. We grow to make connections and to be social. Anger just blinds and misguided people from happiness.

I think J said it all. Grudges are waste of time. People should talk, should forgive and should be happy. Fight that, and live happy. :)

I don't really hold grudges. I usually let them go but of course I learned from whatever the impression the person has left to ensure on not making that mistake again.

I remember what people say & do, but even if unconsciously a grudge is held I still try to be the bigger person until it is too tedious to deal with. Sometimes it's easier to just have a tiny grudge, but overall be above such nonsense & avoid participating with people who make you feel negative inside. Not always an easy task, grudges are quite natural.
