The Two Elementals. The winds are like traveling whispers. But a tornado, well, its a shout. A shout of rage, a shriek of sorrow, or a cry for justice. Long ago, there was a tornado so large, it engulfed half the planet. No one knows what caused it or how it was even possible. But, that's where our tale begins. The world was a different place in those times, people were far less, accepting. Shadows were thought to both peace and fear, and for good reason. There was a being who lived in that time, but he was unlike any other. The people were horribly cruel to him, they persuaded him to no end. Above all else they fear this being. The description says, fangs were his teeth, wings grew from his back, his eyes were that of fire, and darkness was his ally. But this, "Winged Man" also, had a heart full of sadness. For no one would accept him. So he ran to the vast wilderness, were he would be safe from man's wrath. But he wasn't alone in being "different". In the wilderness lived a woman, who had no physical form to speak of. Her body was that of the wind, unable to touch nor feel. The wind was her ear and voice, for where it was, she was there too. One day, this " Wisp" woman spotted the "dark" creature wandering the countryside. She could feel his pain and sorrow, so she approached him. She asked, "what is wrong"? He replied, " I have been shunned by the world, they call me monster and freak, no one will ever accept what I am. The Winged one looked upon her and asked, "why do you not cower?" She replied, "why would I cower from one such as I?" She then touched him, reassuring him she meant no harm. She then realized she actually "touched" someone, never before had she done this. She was excited and wanted to instantly know more about this dark one. They told eachother stories about how they faced trials from the world. They laughed and embraced which shocked them both. They both knew they had found acceptance in eachother. But unknown to them, the Winged man's village still carried a deep seeded hatred for him, they wanted him dead. So they, along with their neighboring communities, marched out into the wilderness intending to find and kill what they described as "the Winged demon". Within the valley where they met, Wisp could sense the people marching towards them. She could feel the hate, the rage, but most of all, the thrust for blood. After hearing his story, her grief turned to rage. She screamed into the heavens and the winds become like Swords. Wrapping herself and her accepting one in a cocoon of air, the winds rained down upon the mob of vengeance seekers. The massive tornado lasted for only ten minutes before breaking up. No trace of the mob was found, nor bones nor weapons. Nothing was left. The two different ones were now alone, but together. They knew what they had done, so they vowed to show the world they were not monsters to be feared. But how? They didn't know it, but they processed something remarkable. They were living incarnations of the elements themselves. Wisp was like the wind, unchanging and never dying. The Winged man was that of Darkness, encompassing and cloaking. They never died, and they vowed to be together forever while at the same time, trying to protect the very ones that hated them. Where are they now you ask? Well, Every night you can here the Winged man's wings in the air. Every time the wind blows, Wisp is listening and watching. There among us, and they forever will be.

Being the strongest of thier species, both the queen and father signed the sacred treaty, that ended the war between thier peoples. Cheers were heard and tears of joy were shed on that joyous day. However, after fighting so long for peace, nature finally had taken its final toll on the Kitsune father. He was lied to rest in his homeland only a short while after the treaty was created. Heartache was soon felt by both clans once again, only this time it was shared. The queen had grown quite fond of both the father and his family. (Legend of the Sword's Edge) So you want to hear another story huh? A tale of raw emotion, adventure and conflict perhaps even a little heartache? No? Well too bad I'm telling you anyway. I'm sure at one point in time you heard about the legend of the sword known as Excalibur, otherwise known as, the sword in the stone. While it might be true that Excalibur held great power, it wasn't the only weapon to hold the calibur name. Yes there were others, many weapons throughout the ages that had taken on the name of a calibur. But one weapons legend rose above the all, and its name would come to be known as Soul Calibur. The legend says that Soulcalibur is power was so great that entire nations would go to war just too wield it, and with good reason. It is said that whoever wields Soul Calibur, would have the power to cripple entire armies, defeat any foe, and perhaps create entire worlds. Yes many warriors clashed their blades in furious combat just to possess the sword and yet, all who tried failed. That is until one warrior whose strength seemed to be different than the rest rose above the ranks, became worthy to wield the blade. The legend says that this warrior was known as the Sword's Edge. The legend says very little about the Swords Edge, only that the warrior was a woman. This woman apparently was a warrior whose combat skills are unmatched. He struck down any foe she faced, and was a respected warrior among the ranks. However she was not just some fearsome brute. Underneath the armor and blade she was also a caring and gentle woman. She cared for the sick and the poor, the orphans called her mother, and she was adored by all who knew her. But when the legend of Soul Calibur reach the woman's ears, the urge to wield its power was far to strong to resist, so she rushed to the battlefield like many before her. It said that this bottle that she was present in lasted for months perhaps years, and yet somehow by use of the grace of God or the devil below she survived the onslaught. The legends vary from land to land, about the warriors description, but, one among the rest. It says that when the battle was done. The woman was beaten, bruised, bloodied, and her left arm was severed. The battlefield surrounding her was littered with the many warriors who had fallen trying. to claim the blade. With only the strength of will she walked towards the sword who lied impaled in the ground in the middle of the battlefield. She knelled before it, and grasped the handle. With her dying breath she simply said four words. "Let. Me. Wield. You". With that the sword came alive. A blinding light engulfed the battlefield. What happened next was truly astounding. The fallen warriors were now gone, the dust became fertile soil, and black ground became lush and green. But what of the woman? The legend gave this description. Her many wounds are now healed, her skin became smooth like finest silk, her hair as red as fire, her eyes like that of the sun above, and her severed arm restored, made of solid gold. Now wielding the power of Soulcalibur, the Swords Edge journeyed throughout the many lands kingdoms, delivering justice and aid to all who needed it. However, there was one weakness to the warrior. The legend also says one more thing about the legendary sword. It is said that whomever wields it will also become immortal. As the decades turned to centuries, the Swords Edge become saddened, for she did not have another to bear the eons. She was alone. Unable to bear the loneliness any longer the sword's edge leaped into the heavens. When she came to her place in the great void, she created herself a bright star to blanket her. Within her new domain, she whispered a sacred vow. "Until the one is revealed to me, forever will I rest." Yes, the Swords Edge commanded her sword to survey the earth, waiting for a worthy partner to be chosen. But now you might be asking, did the swords edge ever find the one she was seeking? Is she still in the heavens above waiting for the one to be chosen? Well if you truly desire the answer perhaps you will join me again and I can tell you another legend that might answer your questions.

(Legend of the Pumpkin Man) So you want to hear a story huh? A story of terror, suspense, heart warming justice, and bone chilling revenge?! Well, I believe I have such a tale. Our tale begins in the slums of Chicago on a cold October night. Walking the streets that night was a man known only to all as Blake. Blake was a kind hearted man, someone who would help anyone that needed it. But even this kind hearted individual had a darkness. You see, Blake would become enraged when he saw someone doing injustice. This night was no different. As he walked the streets, the sound of screams came from a distant alley. As Blake arrived at the alley, he witnessed a small gang of men trying to rob a young couple. Enraged, Blake rushed and attacked the gang, distracting them just long enough for the couple to escape. Unfortunately, Blake wasn't so lucky. The men were outraged with Blake stopping there robbery, and made him suffer a fate worse then death. In a ultimate act of awfulness, the severed the young man's head with a machete and in a mocking fashion, took a jack o lantern from a nearby home, and put it on his corpse. They left the body in front of the alley for all to see, and then escaped to parts unknown. It wasn't soon after that passers by contacted the authorities but, mysteriously, when they arrived, the corpse was gone. The young man had no family, so in thankful remembrance, the young couple he had saved payed for his funeral, and spoke of his bravery that fateful night. Blake was deeply missed in the community after that, and it seemed it would be less without him. A year passed until that same night came again, and nothing seemed to change. However, something mysterious happened. The local police dispatcher received a call from a rasby voiced caller. The caller told the dispatcher to send officers to a apartment complex downtown. When the officers arrived, they found a note stuck to the entrance. He only said, "POLICE, ROOM 316". The officers quickly went to room 316 and opened the door. What they found shocked them to thier cores. Four men were inside, all in near death. Two were beaten beyond identification. One was in the corner of the room, pale white, and unable to speak. The last one was hanging out a nearby window. The officers, still recovering from shock, discovered a strange file on the table. The file had information on the men, who turned out to be the same men who murdered the kind man the previous year. The officers then realized who they had in thier presence. As they started to call for support, one found a final note on the television. The note said, " JUSTICE WAS SERVED, I AM AVENGED". And as soon as the officer finished reading, though the static of the television, a jack o lantern appears and then disappears from the scene. The officer never found who found and assaulted the men. However, the community believed it to be the spirit of Blake, returned from the grave to get revenge. However, they don't believe him to be evil, why? Becuase of what the young couple experienced. A few days after the men were found, the young woman, later to be called Jodie, came forward will a strange calm. She says that one night when she when she and her couple were sleeping, they felt they were being watched. When they woke up the next morning, they found a note and a envelope. When they read the note, it simply said, "THANK YOU", and the envelope, contained over five thousand dollars. They didn't know what it meant at first, but later realized who came to them that night. The man who had saved them. It brought them great joy to know he was thankful to them for what they had done for him. But, they also, wondered why his spirit wasn't at rest. The man's community believes that his will to help and protect others was so strong, that it survived his death. They all believe that this " Pumpkin Man" watches over them, mostly becuase this wasn't the first time he's been "sighted" there's been similar instants from October tenth clear til Halloween for the perceding three years. The community has dubbed it, "The Pumpkin Days" or "Blake's Days". Becuase during this time, victims of horrible crimes are avenged, and criminals are found and punished by an unknown Pumpkin headed figure. While it may never be known who or what the mysterious Pumpkin headed figure is, one thing in certain, it watches both the innocent and guilty, and will deliver the proper judgement on both.
