admins and moderators

i think the site should have admins like seph could maybe choose a couple people who are active most of the time as an admin. to make sure the admins dont start banning people cause they feel like it have it so that they can put it up for a vote like "ban this user yes or no" and if a certain amount votes yes that unlocks their power to ban people. its only a suggestion and its way better than constantly being harassed then running to seph and see if he can ban someone. if no one feels like this is a good idea then maybe he should start banning ip addresses cause tbh the site would be better than it is right now, people keep leaving because of trolls messing with them.
