Japanese stores/resturants/cafes/ etc you wish you have in your area

I read manga all the time and I cry out so often "why doesn't that exist here! that would be awesome!" What thing that exists in anime, manga, japan, etc that you wish was in your area Example: I wish the Cat Cafes were in America and quite popular because I am not allowed to have a cat because of my landlord, so I want to have a furry friend to play with.

Manga cafes would be awesome. Two awesome things put together in one building. Plus you could probably meet people a little easier.

I had the idea to start a coffee restaurant that also sells manga books. so like a coffee/manga-bookstore? ofcourse i would have public bookshelves where people could just pick a book and read it while enjoying their coffee or other beverage! first i would need the money for it though :(

Apparently in japan you pay a certain amount of money and you can have a private cubicle with a comfortable chair and laptop for some time. (seen it in manga where they sleep at an manga cafe because it's cheaper than a hotel)
