New Rurouni Kenshin!!! (Samurai X)

I found an article on Anime News Network that said that they were going to start up the anime series again!!!! I'm extremely excited because I was kind of disappointed at how the anime trailed off into nothing but fillers after the Shishio arc. I know that's why they did the OVA episodes Trust, Betrayl, and Reflection, but I just did not feel satisfied by them because of what was left out, and the sad ending of Reflection (which is so different from the happy looking ending of the manga.) <BR> <BR> I hope I'm not the only one excited by this.... <BR> <BR> well, if anyone is interested here's a link to the article: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2011-04-18/new-rurouni-kenshin-anime-green-lit

Oh, and I hope hope HOPE to God that they keep most of the original voice actors!!!! Especially Richard Hayworth!!!! I don't know if I could look at Kenshin the same way if he didn't have the same voice. Forgive me for replying to my own post, but I am freaking out at the moment. And, I just realized that this article is nearly 5 months old!!! Oh dear oh dear... >.<

Ah yes I heard about that. I'm interested to see it, even though I don't normally like remakes. Hope Kenshin gets a good ending this time.

Sounds exciting. TBH I would like to see an arc where he leaves Kaoru to go wandering (either in japan or probably in China) and she chases after him. Simultaneous storylines, but with them far apart and her trying to find him.

really? If this is true I'm pretty excited as well, Kenshin was one of my favorite shounens so hopefully its just as awesome~
