It's how I feel about the place. And I'm not talking about NYC, I mean the state, which is very rural where I am. I think I'm lucky this college has an anime club.

At least your town has a college. I live in a little town on the coast. The only thing they have a lot of here is guns, dogs, liquor and fisherman.
