Long distance relationship,and no contact

Everything was all good,last time we talked was on the 22nd and he was all I love you so much we will skype tomorrow for sure. Haven't heard from him since,I got suspicious,he has a text free number and decided to make one ya I know sounds creepy. I posed as a random girl who got the wrong number and got a reply so was talking do you have a gf? "No why do you ask?" "Cause you just got fooled thought you loved me" he said "wait who is this?" I replied um lets see we been dating for couple months now" Person went on "we have?" Oh ya we have sorry uh baby" "about what?" "forgetting oh boy he wont like this one it" "I was like what??" "six days youll see" conversation went on. So basically it's his cousin supposedly took back the phone he gave my boyfriend. And he said "well looks like he has no internet" And his home phone is connected to the internet so no phone calls. BUT I caught him online on facebook then logged out! And his skype almost always says online. What do I do?? What could this be? Should I wait? I love him so much :'(

That kind of drama is why I don't like online relationships under most circumstances. Like where you consider it a monogamous serious relationship but won't see each other for months or longer. Most people will have trouble if another (local) opportunity comes up. But it depends on the people and situation. Try not to freak out right away. Give it some time and see what happens even though it sounds suspicious.

It DOES sound a bit fishy, however I would say just wait a little longer. Him coming online could be from a public computer or something, same with skype, but never really has time to actually stay on it. BUT if he had your number, he could have always asked to use someone's phone, or at the very least use a public computer to send you a facebook message telling you what's going on. If things still don't look too hot, get one of your friends (or one of us on here so that way it's a different area code) to text/call him. If still nothing after that, unfortunately I'd say it'd probably be best to cut your losses with him. Because in a relationship, ESPECIALLY long distance, communication is key. Even if he has no way to communicate with you for extended periods of time like normal, he should at least explain the situation, like I said earlier. Long distance relationships are tough, I've been in some, but I've always done my best with communication. Anyways, in the end, I say wait a little longer, but don't jump to conclusions you may regret, be it a happy or sad conclusion. Patience is a virtue, it's been about a week now, yes, I understand, but for now, I'd wait another 5-7 days tops. I think Yu could give some good advice as well if/when he pops in this thread

I have a bad habit of being rather cynical so I'm not the best at giving hopeful and uplifting advice but I agree with Buji, just give it some time and see what happens.

I agree Vamp, as I too am cynical. LD is always tough, especially when it starts online. Personally, I would email saying hello and if I didn't get a response in a few days, call it quits and start over. Life is too short to waste on someone who doesn't care.

I wouldn't try contacting them too much though. You seem to have sent them lots of messages, now wait. Either they will get in contact or they won't. In the meantime, I would go on with my life and be thinking of finding someone else. Think of how flaky boyfriends/girlfriends can be when you are seeing each other in person, much less long distance. Also, people are strange, what one person sees as being close, another sees as being smothering. /shrug, Not a lot of options really, either wait or move on. Sucks either way :(

One last thing. In the land of anime fans and gamers, you have an advantage. Guys usually way outnumber the girls, not always quality guys, but still, better odds for you than most of us guys.
