Finding the one

Seems impossible. I don't understand why its so hard to actually find a girl who likes me for me. There are NO girls in my area that are interested in the same things as I. Everytime ive had a girlfriend I always get criticized for liking anime and manga and etc.. Seems like to find true love you have to be fake. that's one thing I"ll never do. I just wish I could find that someone whos going like me for me and not want me to be someone im not. But im starting to give up on the whole love aspect. To many past relationships have brought me down. I don't want to give up but it seems to be the only option. The only comfort I get is being alone and thinking to myself. And in my dreams... Love seems to be a sham. And it seems im to be alone forever.

You are not alone please do not think that I wont go into a long detailed post over this but there are plenty people in other areas if you are ok with traveling or them coming to see you. Dont give up just because there is nobody in the area you are at.

Idk. I was with a girl for 4 years and it ended pretty harsh. it was over a year ago and feelings don't really go away so easy. she moved on and im stuck wandering around for a love that doesn't exist...

I know how you feel been in a relationship myself that was long term and it ended like a drop of the hat best part was she didnt even give me a proper breakup said we were through on a text and then basically tried to distance herself from me. I was stuck picking up what I felt but you know what did pull me through that. The past relationships that failed gave me strength they allowed me to keep going. I said this once befor cherish love when you do have it and grow from it when you dont. Emotions are present feelings that does not mean they will always stay the same.

I wish there were more people around though. nothing here but country hicks and preps. And finding someone out of state seems so hard. Id travel if I met the perfect someone though. Being alone at the moment sucks bad though

Well its not hard moreover if you are willing to wait with the person you find to see each other. Also I understand that it would hurt quite a bit if anything that only goes to show how much you cared but there is another way to fill that void by making friends and surrounding yourself in like minded people focusing on you as a person and being happy with who you are. If there is one thing I know that if you are happy with yourself you are bound to make people happy of you too and possibly attracted.

Waiting is hard. Im even starting to have these dreams of someone I don't even know. its odd. ive had the dream multiple times, 3 times in the same night. And the dreams make the wait worse...

Well I cant say that dreams predict things like that just reach out to people and try to find somebody but get to know the person I know when it comes to heartbreak sometimes our heart will leap out at a person as a replacement not caring about the person themselves only to make them feel better.

Yeah I did that. big mistake. just tried to recreate what I once had. didn't work at all and slowly realized it. now im just stuck here daydreaming. idk. maybe the girl of my dreams will show up one day. all I can do is wait
