An old PC exchanges a condenser to settle it because an exchange is difficult because PSU is an exclusive design.
When manufacturing age is new, ATX PSU can sometimes be diverted.

At the time, the manufacturer of NEC, FUJITSU and SHARP and so on was selling a PC.
However, they are incompatible with software.
PC which was widely used most in Japan then will be an NEC PC-9801 and PC-9821 series.
The person who likes an arcade game seems to have been buying SHARP X68000.
A PC was very expensive and a child couldn't buy it.＾＾；
Was it difficult to get FM Towns ?

Are there few stores to which used old game cartridge is sold?
There are a lot of thrift shops where a used old game soft is sold in Japan.
If it isn't uncommon, it would be obtainable for less than about 8$(900yen).
