Hi! So, I generally try and sort these things out way earlier in advance, but the person that I was going to ride up there with can't make it and Amtrak tickets are up to $80 now. I was wondering if anyone in the St. Louis area who's heading up there Friday could help me out with a ride. I can provide anywhere from $40-$60 in gas or a little more. Please and thank you. I'm getting a bit desperate over here because I really don't want to miss this con, especially since I missed it last year.

If you are unable to catch a ride I'd try Megabus.com, I think its about $30 one way from St. Louis to Chicago. Wherever the Megabus drops you off in Chicago you can take the Blue Line (train/subway) to Rosemont, IL for maybe $3.
