It's part of the laws for sacrifice concerning the temple/purification after contact with the dead and Christians take it as a representation of christ.It would imply that the temple is rebuilt and the end has begun(Christian interpretation of Jewish books, by the way.). However, I'm fairly sure it is not...like VERY sure. More than likely the temple will be rebuilt at some point, but not without much blood shed seeing as it's original location is now where the dome of the rock stands.

Thats what it means, the cow cannot have any blemishes or dark or white hairs but some of the cows have been disqualified and therefore could not be burnt.
