Pokemon Go Related Deaths

My point is/was, it's not like it matters. I'm sure Nintendo is well aware of how stupid and petty people can be. I am curious what the first lawsuit will be about, however.

Meh. The app even says before it loads to watch where you're going. They could try, but I don't hear people suing Instagram for tripping while taking selfies or Twitter for falling while tweeting.

This is all just another example of Darwinism as fucked up as it sounds. Common sense would tell you to PAY ATTENTION to the world around you while using such a thing and as gurren said it warns you when you start up the game... Maybe it should flash red saying something like : PAY THE FUCK ATTENTION YOU GONNA DIE ASSHAT love, Nintendo. And as for lawsuits there gonna happen and in excess to many tards man, i mean i remember an older woman suing a company because she killed her cat trying to dry it off in a microwave....

My opinion is that people are too distracted by their phones in general, as someone else alluded to earlier. Honestly though, Pokemon Go is just a different kind of vice. These deaths are no different than when you hear about kids crashing their cars when driving because they were on Instagram or playing Candy Crush. Eventually, personal responsibility has to come into the situation. I don't play Pokemon Go, so this topic doesn't really affect me in one way or another.

What's funny is that everyone gets into it. I mean everyone that were not into pokemon cards or other stuff in the past.
