@mango_mochi Show me an example of this and I will show you a lawsuit. That is literally illegal. Unless of course the man had more experience at the job or had a more impressive resume or...asked for more money in his paycheck. but if it's just on the basis of sex then yeah they need to get sued out the ass! I am a firm believer that employees should share how much they make.

I used to be able to proudly call myself a feminist (especially since I'm bisexual myself). But that term has gone straight to hell. I am and always will be, an advocate for gender equality. But the term feminism is so negative now because it doesn't really pertain to actual social issues. These are social issues: Wage Gaps (although I don't agree with it and I highly believe that this claim is falsified) Women can't join the Navy Seals Abortion Rights Selective Service used to be one, but women are now being drafted as well so Men are charged more heavily for crimes Men are deemed guilty before proven innocent in rape charges Men are far more less likely to receive the child in a divorce even though they're more qualified Women are still being denied positions in jobs because they're women and the excuse: what if you give birth?" Like if you're not pregnant, you won't give birth. You'll know when women are pregnant lol. These are not social issues: "I don't have to wear make up if I don't want to!" - No one's making anyone do that "Body Positivity" - I used to be extremely obese; I had double the body fat % i was supposed to. But like that's not a social issue, it's something that you can easily control. No law is preventing you from doing so. "Men have to open doors for women!" Hotshot, no one's making you do it. If you let people who judge you get to you, sorry, that's not a social issue. "Dresses are too revealing!" - Bruh, no one is making you wear that. "Men have to be masculine" - Calm down trick, even if someone judges you for it, does it really affect you in the end? Be what you want to be as long as it's not criminalizing

That's what doesn't make sense to me. Speaking from an economical stand point, why aren't all employees women if you could pay them less? I mean this is going to sound cold, but wouldn't it make more sense to hire more women if you could pay them less so it won't cut into your profits? If that's the case, why are more men working these higher end jobs?

I mean we do live in a highly capitalistic society. So it would make economical sense to only hire women if you could pay them less, right? Unless I'm just a total sociopath and have no sense of morals and only base my actions and claims on money lol.
