All pleasures come with consequences, if they enjoy it, so be it, I hope they enjoy their lives, it is only a problem when it affects people around them and not just themselves.

I suppose if it's two consenting adults who are aroused by it and you don't have a problem becoming fat because of it, more power to you. Definitely not a turn on for me or anything and would strike me as extremely unhealthy. I honestly had never heard of the term or fetish until I saw this thread.
