The federal government has allowed the states to govern decisions on marriage up to this point. However any sensible hearing at the Supreme Court level should yield the same results-that 2 consenting adults, regardless of their gender, should be married if they so choose and cannot be denied that right by the state as it is unconstitutional and supported by Amendement 5, Due Process Clause by the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
