I just watch tv shows on my psp to keep from getting bored while on those machines. Works pretty well for me as motivation.

I don't go out of my way to specifically eat healthy, but I don't really eat a lot of unhealthy food to begin with so at least there's that. Lately I've been using my fitbit more just as a fun way to see how active I am on an everyday basis, get points for walgreens, and to beat my friends rankings hahaha.

I should work out more. People assume since I'm thin, I'm healthy and that's an untruth. I mean, I do watch what I eat but when it comes to being active...eh I don't stay on top of that. This metabolism wont last forever.

I think everyone should work out if they can. Not literally hardcore gym but some cardio exercises would be good. A 30 minute jog at your own pace as long as you keep your heart rate high enough. I agree with usagi thin people that don't move around are also at risk since they can still have heart and blood pressure problems that are very hard to see because nobody suspects them in thin people. Working out is easy once you get the "habit", first couple of going to the gym is really hard it feels like dying but after that it is gonna be easier. Hardest thing about it is diet for me since there's just a lot of bad food lying around (USA). Your healthy food are more expensive and less tasty while your junk food are cheaper and come in more quantity so its just easy to buy the junk food too XD But first step is all mental. Go do it and it'll become your habit in time.

I do a lot of hiking and walking. I can't do high impact workouts yet, my knee got messed up in an accident on my 21st birthday of all days! lol
