Flashbacks, I Can't Stand 'em

You call it filler, I call it extra anime. When an anime flashbacks to itself that sucks, however I love going back in time in the story when it can be done. For example in a manga my friend wrote the characters are trapped in an elevator, the one character wants to know why the hell this man is so evil, so his mentor explains the villas backstory. One of my favorite chapters too.
