also articles written by MILO YIANNOPOULOS? Seriously? The man who blames game for eliot rogers and then goes on to call gamers rapists? He tweets about how grown men who get excited over games are sad betas. That's the kind of guy you want to link to when writing in support of gamergate being in support of gaming journalistic ethics?

Don't play with a loaded gun. Discussion of the topic no matter which side you're on, is impossible because there's always someone who's too hyperbolic and/or ignorant.

lol, ok maverick, all gg-ers are misogynists and everyone else are misandrists. And here I thought not all _______ was something people who support gamergate like to say.

Bump. In all honesty, I definitely agree with a lot of the things gamergate stands for. Journalists should disclose the relationships they have with people, games or companies they write articles about. But I can certainly get how there can be huge spergs on both sides of the debate, which is where a lot of the enjoyment I get from following the gamergate saga stems from. Whatever your opinion on the subject is, no one can doubt that there was SO much salt getting spilled, and the truckload of drama that came from this thing. At this point, I'm just an onlooker overseeing both sides go full on holy war with each other, even if the movement is dying down.
