ok there is no reason why we should be able to fly. I mean our weight is unproportionet To equip wings to boost us up. I mean there is a wingsuit but thats different and well a jetpack. But other then equipment that helps our body. There shouldnt be a possible way for us to fly based on our body. Unless we screw with genetics and mutations.

Thats the point. Techincly we can mess around with stem cells to form possible improvment of our body to have a chance of it but how our body will react and adapt to that change is hard to make it possible
