Shonen jump has a poll every week. If a series doesnt stay in thetop ten for 10 weeks it gets cut. The 3 major ones have been going for so long that its own fanbase wont let it die. Remember when jump used to dish out a new hit every year?

i mean eventually it is going to die its not going to keep going forever im pretty sure some of the fans want closure

anyway you get my point, 2009 brought in some new ones, but nothing lasted past 10 to 20 volumes. Not enough people noticed though.
