Well uh...that was one of the methods I was thinking of but not the most inappropriate for me to suggest >.> What I was more or so thinking of was marijuana...but like I said, not sure if that would be the most appropriate suggestion for a single mother of two <.<

Actually karasu, I have never done illegal drugs in my 26 years of life. Even lived with a dealer and never touched it. But I was 3 months tobacco free and I picked it back up Sunday early morning.

Ugh, I feel you on the stress even though mine's not so much children related. :P I have to take my PCAT for pharmacy school in under 2 weeks and I am freaking hahaha

Hmm typically what I do for a breather is go to a hookah bar, or relax at home with some herbal tea listen to soft music and close my eyes maybe even a epson salt bath with mint and lit scented candles with lights off (honestly my best suggestion for a relaxer)

Do something creative. I tend to sew, draw, bake, cook, and text my friend stupid things. If that doesn't do it, then I go to Tumblr and I listen to music.

I'm a single mum too but only have one kid. So I can sympathise it can't be easy with 2. I completely get it. You need to make time for yourself. Go to the gym or work out at home. If they are under 5 take time to do stuff when they are out of the house. Listen to music on headphones to block it out when it gets too much. Love my daughter but I agree it gets completely overwhelming at times and you just need to take a step back and be you.
