im being kicked out

Well to mark my official return I think I will start on this thread. On the matter of the asvab, its all about common sense so dont worry to much unless you are doing a job that you would think requires more skills. If I knew what mos you were planning to do I could help more thats military jargon for what position you plan to do. Do you have anybody else that could help you have a place though such as friends , I mean by all means joining the navy would help your dilemma but there might be other ways that would work as well. Do you have any skills that could be used for finding a job and such. Just think carefully what you walk into especially with the military its a pretty long process to even get into either one since you have to take test and go to meetings with your recruiter and such then after that you have to be sworn in by people at one of their local offices which can take awhile.

Pffft.... Strange people still have control, just in unconventional ways.;) You'll be fine, home or military. It sounds like this experience is at least making you evaluate your life, which is a good thing.:)

Maybe your parents are just kidding :C That really sucks for them to kick you out..I know how it feels cause my mom wants to do the same and shes kind of giving me a year for me to find a place and settle down and I don't even know how to drive or work yet..So it stresses me out I don't know what I'm gunna do.. -Siiigh- :c

Having been in a similar situation where I've acknowledged needing to change I know how tough it can be. So long as you're doing everything for yourself and genuinely want to improve than I think you'll do just fine. I have quite a bit of friends in the navy one of whom just finished the rigorous course work to get into nuclear and I see how tough it can be. I do wish you the best and hope that until you leave you're able to enjoy your time here and with your friends. And, if things ever get bad and you find yourself in California I'll do my best to help out in any way I can.
