For the love of cute

Are you talking about males in general? I think it's neat when a guy can like cute things. It shows their softer side. And it shows why they like me. XD I don't find myself cute, though. Even if I'm told a thousand times.

Well I was mostly talking about males getting this sort of treatment. I personally have been accused of being gay, a pedophile, a freak, etc just because I call cute things cute. My favorite genre of anime is mahou shoujo. I get no end of derision for this from both males and females.

Heh, I love cute things, and I can verbally beat down a guy in pointing out all the bad things about being overly masculine and outshining their love of manly things by topping them with my earnest love of moe.

I'm not into cutesy things myself, but it's perfectly normal. In 2015, who the hell goes around judging men by antiquated standards of manliness, and who the hell sets the rules for what is normal and what isn't in the first place? Screw that!

You'll forgive me Key if I don't believe you're not into cutesy things, your profile pic is from School Rumble, I call bullshit :P that show is cute as hell and I'd know it's one of my favourite rom coms. On a more serious note it's perfectly fine for a guy to like cute stuff it's just kinda embarrassing for me (and I'd imagine many other guys) to admit it to people I'm not very comfortable with. My friends are well aware I'm a big fan of anime but very few of them know I'm quite big on romance shows with moe/chibi art styles. Now that's not to say my friends aren't opened minded people (I think as far as people go they very opened minded) but I know most of my friends aren't into many of the things I'm into when it comes to anime or even anime in general so I don't really talk about it or bring it up. I'd extend that approach to people I don't know so great as well, if someone hasn't given me some sort of indication that they like that sort of stuff I wouldn't really bring it up.

When my ex and I got an apartment together I did the whole bathroom in Hello Kitty. I pretended it was for her but she knew it was for me.

Oh my, I didn't expect a Non Non Biyori reference at the start. Oh well, here goes, nyanpasu! Same here. I'm a closet fan of 'cute stuffs' from Pikachu plushies to Nendoroids. It's something that only a few people in my life known though; I'm a professional by day and a closet JRPG/otaku/anime fan by night.
