Well, considering that the person I'm currently with that's coming to visit next week is someone I met on these forums, without the intention of actually looking for a relationship since I was in one up until recently, proves that it is possible.

sausage fest or not its good to get everybody elses views on the matter. If anything what we need is a influx of users that are more active on the forums. Or more active in general. Does not matter how active a few users are if nobody else wants to be active. Thats the main reason posting on the forums is not having much effect right now in finding anybody.
