Cosplaying and Overweight

Cosplayers in general will get scrutinized no matter what, even if you weren't overweight you'd have to prepare for an onslaught of mean comments and emotional abuse. If positivity comes along that's great but you need to give up caring what others think regardless.

Uuuu...Now I got discouraged again.. Ayaaaa...~ I know..I know I shouldn't really care what other people think but I always want to please people I don't want to become an eyesore just because of the weight I am..-Sigh- It's troublesome.. But I see people have so much fun cosplaying and I want to be able to as well..I guess I should just go for it..I mean I have nothing to loose. At least I'll get first up hand experience about how people will react. I mean..A Overweight person cosplaying a skinny character or a darker skin colored person cosplaying a lighter skin colored character..Is really alot more normal then an middle aged guy cosplaying sailor moon or some random person in a fullbody spandex suit with a anime character's head cut out and plastered on there crotch..( I saw this in AX with Ash from Pokemon's face on his crotch..I Don't even. ) I mean there is alot more weirder stuff and people still cosplay it.. So I guess I should just do it anyway..! I really hope..I don't become an eyesore for people though.

Once you start you'll be having enough fun to value cosplaying over the opinions of others. I trap when I go to conventions and lots of people hate it, especially the guys who fall for it and latter find out. Not enough to stop me tho. Being a girl is really fun.

Except they only look good from a few angles. In reality they are manly. I have to wear stockings to get a silhouette that's barely passable with camera angles. But see that proves the point further(that we've been saying). My body doesn't actually suit being a girl but I do it regardless because I want to and it's fun.

So how do you react when males hit on you, thinking your a girl? And what about the males that hit on you knowing your a boy..LOLOL. But still do it..

It makes feel happy when they do. It means I pass as an uguu kawaii animu gurl. Depending on how I feel I go quiet and shy on purpose to maximize the cute, or I just reveal I'm a guy in a funny way. As for those that still hit on me? I flirt back of course, especially if it's a cute asian guy. I don't do this anymore though because I'm taken.
