Why is trying to find a significant other a drag?

I just don't understand why women (not all, just from my experience) say that they like a guy with confidence well I talked to this chick like very casually and I wanted to know more about her, and I already know that she is not going to call me or text me so why even get my number? Because she didn't want to hurt my feelings? Fuck that, I'd rather be told the truth and be hurt about it then be lied to and be even more butthurt. I just don't understand I put myself out there and nothing happens. I stay quiet and nothing happens. No wonder llAce89ll felt so infuriated with this subject. It's like all the assholes who have sex with women get the glory, and then they leave the gal for another one. I wish I was on an island that way all I would think about is surviving and not worrying about this ridiculous shit. @Tiger I never kissed a girl, so don't feel bad man.

if it were all about confidence it would be so easy lol, they (usually) want a perfect combination of looks and personality, attitude, confidence etc.... but it goes the same for guys, did you think that exchange girl was attractive or did you only really like her for who she was a person....

Well maybe she thought she might call you but got busy or some other legit reason? To just assume she was trying to trick you isn't necessarily right. These things hurt at the time but you'll get over it. On the topic of finding people being a drag. That's mostly because it a huge romp through rejection before you meet some one. There are a ocean of women and men. So just wade through. It's hard not to take things personally sometimes. Still try your best.

Hahaha thanks guys your input, it's not that I am negative it's just that it gets old too fast. I mean to be honest I want to be with somebody before I turn 30, but I guess I don't have much choice. Oh well, I'm not gonna be sad about it though just a drag.
