Lo Wang is from Shadow Warrior and I also have that game haha! Well, it was more of a gift, so was Sleeping Dogs. I haven't had the chance to really play Shadow Warrior, though. It's a hack and slash game with a bunch of comedy and references. I should though. I will have two and a half weeks free. Well, more like two weeks now. Haha if a person were so dedicated to finding it out, by paying $30, spending 50 hours on campaign, and all that, then I would like to commend them haha! It's nostalgic, but it isn't mirror for mirror if you catch my drift. They catch a drift of the environment, but I grew up in a well off family, so I wasn't exposed to it too early.

I moved away when I was 12, but, I go back when I have long breaks. I was supposed to go back this summer, but I opted to take a few summer courses and I was also transferring to a new school. As for how it was, well, I'd rather not publicize that haha :) Sorry, it is nothing personal. If it makes you feel better, no one on MO knows.

Well, much to my discontent, I started playing a game called Sleeping Dogs. I grew up in Hong Kong and I was talking about that with one of the student teachers I taught with and he recommended that I try it out. Well, I grew up near Cyberport, where the game is kind of based off of and I kind of experienced all the stuff there that the game tries to portray. Of course they exaggerate a lot of it, but, it's mostly the gist of it. For a game as tragic as this, I hate to say it, but it is nostalgic. It reminds me of my asshole driving when I am in Hong Kong haha!

Sorry for the late reply, it has been a bit of a crazy weekend. I would have to be inclined to agree with you, that horror is simply not how it use to be and I hope at some point it will bounce back to being as entertaining as it use to be. I also enjoy science fiction how ever then those are being turned into reboots and weak cliche plot lines that just don't hold my interest like it use to but once in a while I will come across one that is really good but seems to not be frequent. Insidious only made me laugh, I really didn't find much value in it especially when they relied so much on jump scares, I do like the gas masks in the movie however and the settle creeping in the background but besides that I honestly didn't care for it as much as most. I did see Oculus and that was the last horror movie that made an impact on me.
